

The Home Page is made up of various elements, with each element displaying essential facts from your accounts system. Since the information is presented live, you are free to drill-down and focus on the details that are most important to you.
Elements on the Home Page are colour-coded. If an item is red , it needs your attention. Good news, such as your customers paying you, is shown in green . Other colours are used to show general information.

The chart within the programme shows you clearly the total money owed to you. This breakdown of information is ideal for business owners as well as credit controllers. The segments are broken down into four sections:
The money value as well as the percentage is shown along with the total money owned. By double-clicking on a segment you can see a list of accounts which make up the segment.
At a glance you can see details of who owes you the most money. So you can focus your efforts on those customers who’ll have the most impact on your bank balance.
It lists the top 8 customers who owe you the most money. Each customer is shown on a separate row and their debt is broken down into Not Due, Overdue, Disputed and Non-Allocated.
Doubling clicking on any part of the customer row will take you directly to the Chase Screen giving you a total break down of the customers account and history of previous chases.
The most recent payments made by your customers are listed here. The payments are read directly from your accounts system so you can instantly see if that important cheque has arrived. Note: This is a ' Green' element and is designed to give you position information that your customers are paying you.
Credit Hounds built-in calendar reminds you who needs to be called, when and why. You can see all of your outstanding diary actions from this element, saving you time if you want to start work from the oldest action first. It shows you the account reference, account name, when the action is scheduled to be done and the amount of money involved. Using your mouse to can either go immediately into the Chase Screen or view the account.
A dispute is raised using the Chase Screen when a customer brings to your attention an issue with your invoice, goods or services that they are unhappy about.
It shows you the account reference, account name, the type of dispute involved e.g. 'Goods faulty', the date the dispute was raised and the amount involved. Using your mouse to can either go immediately into the Chase Screen or view the account.
Note: This is a 'Red' element and designed to help you stay focused on resolving your customers issues.
