Partner Manager - PM1209

Position Summary
  • Proactive Partner contact
    • To maximise sales potential from Partners
    • To identify problems which may limit sales and to present solutions to resolve these problems
    • To maintain regular contact with the channel
  • Following up promotional and marketing activities and campaigns
    • Ensuring Partners are fully aware of the activities
    • To agree Partner involvement to maximise the value of the activity
    • Ensure they have the necessary training and resources to take advantage of the activities
  • Generating Partner sales activities
    • To contact weak performing Partners to identify problem areas and work with them to overcome these
    • To focus the Partners on the sales potential of the Draycir product range
  • Provide online product demonstrations (webinars)
    • Sell Partner support services into the channel
  • Develop new Partners
    • Research new opportunities within niche markets as directed
    • Identify, recruit and develop new Partners within our existing channels
    • Identify, recruit and develop new Partners for new channels
  • New product penetration
    • Ensure new products are taken onboard by our currently channel
    • Where the current channel is not suitable for the new product to recommend alternative distribution channels
  • Opportunity management
    • Following up on webinars and help manage the Partner sales process to conclusion
    • Follow up on leads gained at seminars, exhibitions etc
    • Follow up on leads generated via in-house marketing activities
  • Customer and Partner presentations
    • Occasional field visits to partners and their customers may be required
Requirements
  • Previous experience of selling and demonstrating software solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Word/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build long term business relationships
  • Driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Worked in a channel environment
  • Living within 30 miles of Draycir’s offices

Software Development Project Manager

Position Summary

You will be responsible for managing the development team, producing various levels of specification documents, writing documentation and ensuring all projects are delivered on time. Excellent communication skills are essential, both verbal and written. You will be expected to understand the benefits our products offer our customers and identify product/development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Translating the company product vision into actual results
  • Analysing business and producing high level and detailed level specifications for the developers
  • Managing and scheduling the development team
  • Ensuring that product testing is undertaken
  • Managing multiple software projects
  • Reporting to the directors on product development status
Requirements
  • Previous experience of software development project management
  • Previous experience of implementing agile development methodologies
  • Previous experience of software management/development in a Windows/.NET environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Development experience of C#/.NET would be desirable.

C# Software Developer

Position Summary

Your role will include development of a new product as well as continued development of our current product lines and internal systems. You will be involved in all aspects of the development cycle, from the design stage, to coding and testing. Good communication skills are essential, both verbal and written. You will be working on award winning products so you will have excellent analytical skills and enthusiasm, attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and take enormous pride in your work.

Previous development experience with Sage accounting products and Microsoft SharePoint are desirable.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience of C# with .NET 2.0
  • Experience of SQL
  • Knowledge of WinForms development
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET / web development
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Desirable - Previous experience of SharePoint development
  • Desirable - Knowledge of C++
  • Desirable – Knowledge of working with COM
